On Monday, in the center of the Women of the blades, the Mayor of Fuente Alamo, Maria Antonia Conesa and Councillor for Employment and Training, Isabel M ª Gómez, presided over the ceremony of diplomas to the students in the course of traditional cuisine.
A total of 39 women and one man participated in this edition in which not only have learned to improve the taste of their dishes, but also to innovate within the traditional cuisine.
Thus, in a course of 20 hours, the students have had time to demonstrate their culinary techniques garnishing the salad with quince sauce, replacing the sandwich always one of sole with garlic and to develop tasty cheese on sticks strawberry sauce.
The implementation and sample these new dishes took place yesterday at the closing ceremony of kitchen where the guests of honor were the mayor of the municipality and the councilors of employment and entertainment.
