The regional government has approved the acquisition of 1,076,567 shares, valued at one euro each, for the capital's Parque Tecnológico de Fuente Alamo.
This acquisition, which the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research made through the Development Agency of Murcia (info), aims to provide the Technology Park of switching capacity to continue its expansion and hosting companies characterized by innovation and value added production.
In this way, the info assumes half of the capital increase of EUR 2,012,067 approved by the company Parque Tecnológico de Fuente Alamo SA, which is almost twice the share capital of the company, which will reach 4,127,635 million .
With this expansion, the second held since the establishment of this society, urbanized the first sector of the phase II of the Technology Park and conditioned premises in the basement of the Development, Innovation and Business (CEDIN).
In this park the region will have a significant supply of land equipped with the best services for the settlement of high value-added businesses that will contribute to regional development and employment generation.
One of the regional government commitments to increase the supply of high quality industrial land, endowed with the best services to facilitate the recruitment and deployment of advanced technology projects that act as driving effect on regional SMEs, increasing industrial competitiveness, according to Industrial Plan strategic approach and in line with the Plan Director of the Institute of Development 2009-2013.
Today, Parque Tecnológico de Fuente Alamo are already installed and running businesses AMM Mobile Application Machinery, Bel Composite Ibérica, Bionet, Naval Technology Center and the Sea, Villapharma Research, Indra, MTorres Emerson Process and Industrial Designs.
They are also in the process of installing doors Padilla, Solver, Siemens, and SL Removable Insulation Serprox Biote, and is building the Technology Transfer Center (TTC) at the University of Murcia, the Centre for Development and Technological Innovation (CEDIT ) of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and Park landmark.
