The fair play Murcia Solvers Mediation company just completed a successful implementation in schools of the town of Fuente Alamo, consistent pilot experience in addressing conflict resolution through non-violent and communication skills so that teachers and students are able to resolve their differences in a constructive environment.
It is innovative school mediation, whose purpose is to promote the climate of coexistence in schools, and this has developed this pilot project in the Region of Murcia, and making the City of Fuente lamo pioneer in the field, to be able to offer a service to their school mediation schools.
All this has been possible thanks to the solidarity work of Solvers, who has trained a total of 66 people, including students and teachers from various schools in conflict resolution techniques for more than 70 hours of theory and practice.
This initiative organized by the departments of Education and Social Policy of the City of Fuente Alamo has had the participation of centers New School, St. Augustine, Ricardo Ortega and Peoples of the Villa.
The aim is to create a climate optimum coexistence in schools of the municipality of the District of Cartagena and for this the educational community has from now with a valuable communication tools that facilitate the resolution of any conflicts that may arise in their classrooms.
The fair work Solvers mediation does get the poorest citizens free of charge through the departments of social services.
