The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in the context of the services specified in the "Plan against theft on farms and livestock" has proceeded in recent days to the arrest of two people for the crime of theft, one of them for the removal of metallic material from a farm in El Raal and another by subtracting 40 lambs from a farm in the town of Fuente Alamo.
Agents recovered iron beams, various tools and electrical wiring, as well as all the 40 head of cattle, all of which has been taken into custody and returned to their rightful owners.
In El Raal, thanks to the cooperation of citizens, the Civil Guard became aware of the theft of a large amount of metallic material on a farm.
The result of the investigations carried out, officers located and identified the alleged offense, so that arrested him as the author of an alleged crime of theft in livestock farming, recovering iron beams, various tools and electrical wiring.
On behalf of the officers also conducted inspections at various junkyards of Murcia and suburbs, locating cages and feeding of animals belonging to the same farm.
Also under the plan for services against the theft of farm products in agriculture and livestock, the Meritorious has made a performance at news, following a complaint, the theft of 40 lambs on a farm in Fountain Alamo.
Thanks to the cooperation of citizens, officers identified the person who was behind the authorship of the crime, a neighbor of the very popular town of Fuente Alamo.
The Civil Guard found the alleged responsibility of this person to see that it was in possession of the total stolen cattle on the farm, so we proceeded to his arrest and remand in custody.
Detainee
We proceeded to the arrest of two people suspected of the crime of theft, one of them by the removal of metallic and one in the lambs.
These people are identified as:
- Spanish, 22, resident of Guadalupe (Murcia).
- Spanish, 45 year-old resident of Fuente Alamo.
The two men have a history of committing similar crimes.
Recovered Effects:
In both actions, the Civil Guard has recovered the entire stolen metal material farm El Raal, and 40 lambs stolen from the estate of Fuente Alamo, all of which, after being brought to justice, has been returned to their rightful owners.
The detainees, effects recovered and proceedings have been made available to the competent judicial authorities.
