Because this driver showed signs of intoxication and was taken to a medical facility for treatment, pending the analysis of samples taken at the time to check driving blood-alcohol levels exceeding legally established, a situation that would be a repeat offender.
Once obtained all necessary evidence was come to his arrest on suspicion of dangerous driving offense.
