The public opening hours will be every Wednesday from 9 to 11.30.
In order to inform the village of Fuente Alamo on the aid provided under the Regional Plan and National Housing, staff of the Directorate General of Land and Housing in the Region of Murcia, will move every Wednesday, from 9 to 11.30 hours, the municipality fuentealamero to serve all those interested in applying for such aid.
The information service will be provided both by telephone, calling 012, through the portal, www.regiondemurciavivienda.es, or even in person.
In the latter case, the point of advice is located in the Town Hall auditorium.
The aid package includes both the sale of council housing in new construction and the resale housing free or protected.
The coverage also extends to aid the rehabilitation of buildings or groups of houses in repair of structures, accessibility or electrical adaptation, among others.
The main constraint to access this type of aid is that the address of the person is the usual and permanent.
Young people between 22 and 30 who wish to rent a house will also benefit the Basic Income requesting Emancipation of up to 210 euros per month.
The rest of the tenants, without limitation or distinction of age may qualify for other aid that will cover up to 50% of the rent.
