The euphoria for wanting to participate in the literary competition organized by the Department of Culture has been such that, in recent months, the acceptance of works has collapsed the Municipal Museum.
Nothing more, nothing less than 218 prose have asked to be allowed to contest.
This year, with particularity, these papers take the stamp of different nationalities, especially from as far away from our geography, Spanish and United States, Cuba, Argentina, Chile and Mexico.
Sinequanone condition for participation is that the works submitted must be written in Castilian.
In the fourteenth edition of Short Stories Contest Villa de Fuente Alamo also will pay special tribute to the universal poet Miguel Hernández.
