Today, a new tree plantation has been planted in the municipality of Fuente lamo in the "More Trees" program promoted by the Department of Parks and Gardens and the Department of Education.
The initiative, which began last week with the opening of the deadline for the presentation and voting of the various proposals of all citizens who wanted to participate, will be carried out by students from different educational centers in the area.
In addition, after the summer months will be carried out a similar activity, but this time will be all neighbors of the municipality who want to participate in charge of planting the trees.
It is worth mentioning the commitment of the City Council both for the environment and for the smallest of Fuente lamo, since in this way, while curbing the effects of climate change with the addition of trees to our area, children learn the Value nature while having fun and exercising.
In total, 160 trees will be planted in 9 areas of the municipality over several days.
