The park and BMN Cajamurcia sign an agreement that will enable companies to access financing housed there with the aim of boosting innovative activity and generate employment
The Community works to double the number of hosted companies in the Technology Park Fuente Alamo, as well as the number of workers who work in them, for what has a dozen plots made available to businessmen and entrepreneurs with a profile innovative.
The board of the park, chaired by the director of the Institute of Development, Javier Celdrán, discussed today the launch of an intensive campaign of promotion and marketing that includes both the digital field, through social networks, media Internet or via mobile, as a 'mailing' and direct contact with technology companies in the region and other communities such as Catalonia or Madrid.
Javier Celdrán recalled that the park has become a benchmark in innovation in the region and in particular in the development and consolidation of companies and industries immersed in the fourth industrial revolution.
"We are working to create the conditions that allow the development of an innovative ecosystem that has as spearheads to own technology park, European centers of enterprise and innovation of Murcia and Cartagena or Murcia Science Park. This drive for I + D + i allowed last year that investment in innovation companies housed there reached 10.2 million euros ".
Thus, in the last year has joined the park two other large companies, specializes in developing engineering works 4.0 for large industries and one focused on food research.
In addition, two other companies have undertaken two projects to expand their facilities or transfer to a plot with the largest area and capacity within the park itself.
Now, in particular, they have been made available to businesses twelve plots with a built area of ​​45,000 square meters.
The aim is to double the performance of the park, which currently houses 32 companies employing about 850 people.
"It is important to note that almost half of these jobs are university graduates, doctors and researchers, which adds value to the activity of the park which is in turn an important boost to economic development in the region," he said the director of info.
During the meeting also they have discussed other issues relating to the operation of the park, such as the recent renewal of its website.
In this sense, the presence therein of a direct and easy access to the employment exchange or the inclusion of a section that allows workers to organize access through a shared platform vehicles to optimize and organize trips.
Financing
Before the meeting, the Director of Information signed an agreement with Banco Mare Nostrum-Cajamurcia for the 32 companies housed in the Technology Park have access to funding programs offered by the entity.
The new agreement includes financing lines professional projects, ranging from support for investments to improve to credit facilities, loans, guarantees, 'leasing' or ICO lines.
In addition, companies may benefit from various schemes such as Impulse BMN Business Plan, whereby instruments will access short-term funding, services to facilitate their access to international markets, loans to finance specific investments and future business projects.
The agreement also allows access to BMN-Cajamurcia Autonomous uses and Business Plan, which provides a number of advantages in cost and financing for those who hire an unemployed.
Specifically, the plan provides companies a credit facility for a maximum amount of 50,000 euros, a loan for social insurance and a business loan for investment projects, the latter also for a maximum amount of 50,000 euros also.
All of them under special conditions and no origination fee or education expenses.
