The consulting firm TDI Advisors, specialized in tourism and hotel asset management, has signed an agreement with the Society for the Management of Assets from Bank Restructuring (SAREB) for the management of the Hacienda del Álamo Golf & Spa Resort hotel, a four-star hotel located in Fuente Álamo, in the province of Murcia. The resort, which will be operated under a private label, is a splendid tourist complex with more than 150 rooms -some of them suites with Jacuzzi and private pool-, a wellness & spa center, restaurant and eight rooms for meetings and events.

Likewise, it has 550 hectares of gardens and green spaces that include one of the longest golf courses in Europe, 18 + 6 holes, designed by David Thomas, as well as sports facilities for the practice of tennis, paddle tennis, football, basketball.
