The formation believes that the opening of the Corvera Airport will mean a revaluation of the tourist potential of the town
Ciudadanos has requested that a 50% bonus be applied to the Building, Installation and Works Tax (ICIO) when the works are destined to the construction or remodeling of hotel establishments and tourist accommodation.
"The imminent opening of the Corvera Airport will mean a revaluation of the tourist potential of Fuente lamo, and it is our duty to encourage its expansion or the remodeling and updating of existing infrastructures", explained the spokesman of the municial orange group, Jos Antonio Oliver .
Oliver remembers that the ICIO is a tribute of municipal competition, and therefore the bonus can be applied after a Plenary agreement.
"Our municipal area has some hotels and tourist accommodation, which can and should take advantage of the opening of Corvera," says Oliver, who recalls that "as a Corporation we should favor the establishment of businesses in our town that impact on the local economy and the creation of employment, so we consider that this tax is a way to facilitate your arrival or growth "
