The government delegate in Murcia, Rafael González Tovar, indicated during the course of the signing of a cooperation agreement between the INSS and the City of Fuente Alamo, signed by the director of that body, Francisco Sanchez, and Mayor of the municipality, María Antonia Conesa Legaz, with the aim of providing greater accessibility to the services offered by the INSS, the Government of Spain is closer to the citizens the benefits of the National Institute of Social Security and the Central Administration.
González Tovar explained that with this collaboration agreement, residents of Fuente Alamo is located closer to the services offered by the National Institute of Social Security and no longer need to travel to Cartagena or Murcia to accelerate and process applications for any provision of the INSS.
Also pointed out that the signing of this agreement in Fuente Alamo are 10 municipalities in the region that offer services in different municipalities INSS.
The other nine are Abarán, Bullas, Moratalla, San Javier, Beniel, La Union, Los Alcazares, Eagles and Ceuta.
INNS-Source Agreement Alamo City
In the field of information dissemination and outreach activities, the INSS and the town of Fuente Alamo help organize informative talks on various topics related to social protection, aimed at both municipal employees, as recipients of services and population general.
With regard to the municipal office of care and information, the National Institute of Social Security staff will provide the same a hotline, where you can request an overview of the issues that are of interest to citizens of scope.
To this is added, the INNS inform the municipal staff of the Office of the status of the files kept by that agency on the information so requested by the persons concerned, with speed and shortening deadlines in administrative proceedings.
Also, be made available to the Town Council Office of Fuente Alamo publications and brochures to edit the INSS.
Simplification of administrative procedures and Monitoring Committee
In social projects developed by the City of Fuente Alamo, whose recipients must prove their status as a pensioner or the amount of his pension, the City may refer to Service and Information Center of Social Security (CAISS) from Cartagena, a relationship with information identifying the applicant and forwarded to the City INSS, as soon as possible, an individual certification of each of the applicants.
It also will form a monitoring committee comprising two representatives of the signatory institutions in order to monitor the quality of services and benefits offered to the public.
