The provincial director of Murcia's National Institute of Social Security, Francisco Sanchez, and Mayor of Fuente Alamo, Maria Antonia Conesa, this morning signed a collaboration agreement in order that the municipality's citizens "have greater access to services offered by the INSS.
Through this agreement, both organizations agree to jointly disseminate any information of interest and informative talks, and to simplify administrative procedures through the opening of a municipal office of care and information to citizens and to be located in their own City Hall.
For the provincial director of the INSS this new office will "more than a single window to the front because there will be a person involved in social benefits and comprise, in addition to dealing with one of the most sensitive groups of the population."
The mayor is expected that this office becomes operational in early 2010 "so that they can handle more comfortably fuentealameros all contributory pensions without making any movement."
