With the aim of promoting the employment of people at risk of social exclusion, Social Policy Department of the City of Fuente Alamo, in collaboration with the IMAS, provides a daily course of "Early Childhood Education Assistant" directed to fifteen women municipality.
This training program includes the necessary knowledge for the care and attention of the smallest but also the practice of numerous techniques for communication and social skills that enable them, among other things, develop empathy, teamwork, emotional expression , as well as reconciling work and family life.
The students of this course also receive a grant of assistance and participating in numerous workshops, for example, developed a few days ago, in which participants produced different clay figures with which to learn how to stimulate creativity and the drive to children.
