The business world has turned to the XXV anniversary of the creation of the Territorial Delegation of COEC Fuente Álamo, wrapping up with its presence the gala in which commemorative awards were given to various institutions, for their support throughout these 25 years.

Thus, these awards were collected by the Association of Merchants of Fuente Álamo, the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Campoder, the Regional Rural Fund, the City Council of Fuente Álamo, the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, the Port Authority of Cartagena and the Chief Admiral of the Arsenal of Cartagena, Aniceto Rosique Nieto.

But, in addition, two surprise distinctions were delivered, one of them to the president of the Autonomous Community, Fernando López Miras, and the other to the president of COEC Fuente Álamo, Eugenio Buendía, who thanked with emotion "the tireless work of all the businessmen that each day they raise the blind to promote and develop the economic activity of Fuente Álamo ".

The president of COEC, Pedro Pablo Hernández, congratulated COEC Fuente Álamo for being "the only powerful and judicious voice in the business interests of the municipality" and, especially, to the delegation's president, Eugenio Buendía, since "the organizations They need leaders to set the course and Eugenio Buendía has made it grow with commitment, responsibility and drive. "

For his part, the president of the regional executive stressed entrepreneurs as "generators of opportunities" and encouraged the companies of the Villa to continue working because "from the smallest trade, to the largest employer, our country becomes big".

In turn, the mayor of Fuente Álamo, Antonio Jesús García Conesa, highlighted "the associationism and the active collaboration that Eugenio Buendía has promoted at the head of COEC Fuente Álamo for 25 years."

"This anniversary is an opportunity to see and value the opportunities that our municipality has," García Conesa concluded.

Accompanying the entrepreneurs in this commemorative event the Minister of Employment, Universities, Business and Environment, Javier Celdrán.

The delegate of the Government, Diego Conesa, and the president of the Regional Assembly, Rosa Peñalver, also participated in the awards ceremony.
